Billing, cancellation & refunds

Know when you will be charged, how renewals work, and how to stop them.

One venue. Two billing choices.

TourScheduler costs $9.95 USD per venue each month, or $99 USD per venue each year, paid annually. Both choices include the same features. Any applicable tax and your total are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Your 30-day free trial

New venues receive 30 days free, starting when the venue is created. You do not need a card to start. Creating an account or starting a no-card trial does not authorize a charge. Existing trials keep the end date shown in Settings → Billing & subscription.

If you complete subscription checkout during the trial, your first charge is scheduled for the trial’s end. Checkout preserves your remaining trial and gives you at least two days before charging if less than two days remain. Check the first-payment date in checkout and Settings → Billing & subscription.

Cancel the subscription before that first-payment date to avoid the first charge. If you never complete checkout, you will not be charged; new online bookings pause after your trial expires.

Automatic renewal

When you confirm a subscription in Stripe checkout, you authorize the first payment shown there and automatic payments each month or year, according to the billing choice you select, until you cancel. If your trial has already ended, checkout may charge immediately.

Settings → Billing & subscription and the Stripe billing portal show your subscription details. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it and send a payment-update notice. Unresolved payment failures can end the subscription and pause new online bookings.

Cancel before your next payment

Sign in → Settings → Billing & subscription → Cancel subscription. Follow Stripe’s confirmation steps. Cancel before the next scheduled charge to stop that renewal; do not wait until after the charge is due.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your current paid period, or at the end of your trial if you cancel during the trial. You keep access through that date. When subscription access ends, new online bookings pause; your existing bookings and venue settings remain available for you to manage.

If you cannot access the portal, contact support@tourscheduler.com for help. Signing out, removing a booking link, or stopping use of the service does not cancel a subscription.

Refund requests

Cancellation does not automatically refund unused time or provide a prorated refund. Email us to request a review of a charge. We review refund requests individually; this does not limit any refund rights you have under applicable law.

Send requests to support@tourscheduler.com with your account email, venue name, charge date, and reason for the request. Do not send your card number.

Changing plans or closing your account

Review the amount and effective date in Stripe’s billing portal before confirming a plan change. A change can create a prorated charge or credit. Switching from annual to monthly billing takes effect at the end of the current annual period.

Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate. Cancel your subscription to stop renewals. Contact support if you also want to close your account or request deletion of data; some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
