How TourScheduler handles account, booking, and payment information.
Last updated October 16, 2026
Who handles your information
TourScheduler is operated by The Manor at Church Point LLC. This policy describes information handled through TourScheduler’s website, venue booking pages, and account tools. Contact support@tourscheduler.com with privacy questions.
Venues choose what information to request from guests and how to use it to organize their tours. We provide the software that stores and processes that information for them. A venue’s own practices outside TourScheduler are covered by its policies. For questions about a particular tour or a venue’s use of your booking details, contact that venue first.
Information we handle
Account and venue information: your email, sign-in information, profile details, venue name, contact information, location, images, availability, and settings you provide. If you sign in with Google, our authentication service receives the account information needed to sign you in.
Booking information: guest names, email addresses, phone numbers, selected tour times, answers to the venue’s intake questions, booking status, and related messages. Venue owners can view and manage their guests’ booking information.
Billing information: your selected plan, customer and subscription references, payment status, invoices, and limited payment-method information such as card brand and last four digits. Stripe collects and processes payment details; TourScheduler does not store your full card number or security code.
Technical and usage information: requests to our service, device/browser and network information in service logs, errors, and activity such as booking-page visits, tour selections, completed bookings, and cancellations. We also receive information you include when you contact support.
How information is used
We use information to sign you in, operate venue pages, show availability, create and manage bookings, send booking and account emails, manage subscriptions, provide support, and diagnose problems or misuse. Booking activity also supports reports for the relevant venue.
The contact details and other content a venue chooses to publish on its public page are visible to visitors. Guest booking details are used for the booking and shared with the venue, not displayed as public page content.
Service providers and other disclosures
We use providers to host and secure the service, store data, authenticate accounts, deliver email, and process payments. Our current service uses Cloudflare for hosting, Supabase for authentication, Neon for application database hosting, Resend for email delivery, and Stripe for billing. Each receives information relevant to its role.
We may disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or security incidents, to protect rights, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Stripe and a sign-in provider may also process information under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and browser storage
TourScheduler uses browser storage to keep you signed in, remember a selected billing plan, and preserve booking drafts or receipts within a browser tab. Booking pages also use a first-party session cookie to connect steps in the booking process and produce venue activity reports.
You can clear or restrict cookies and site storage through your browser. Doing so may sign you out or remove saved booking progress. Links to a venue’s website or third-party services are subject to those sites’ own practices.
Retention and protection
We retain account and booking information to provide the service and maintain booking history. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete that information. We also retain records as needed for billing, legal obligations, security, and disputes. Contact us to request account closure or deletion; retained records and backup copies may not be removed immediately.
We use access controls and service-provider protections to limit access to information. No online service can guarantee complete security. Keep your account credentials and private booking-management links confidential. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Your choices and requests
You can update venue and account information through your account tools. To request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of personal information, email support@tourscheduler.com. Depending on where you live and the circumstances, applicable law may give you additional rights. We may need to verify your identity or coordinate with the venue before acting on a request.
For guest booking information, contact the venue that received your booking first; we can help route a request if needed. Booking and account emails support the service you requested. Ask the venue about its separate marketing communications.
TourScheduler is intended for adults managing venues or arranging tours, not children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
Policy updates
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date shown above. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
