Terms of service

The terms for using TourScheduler’s venue scheduling software.

Last updated October 16, 2026

Using TourScheduler

These terms are between you and The Manor at Church Point LLC, the operator of TourScheduler. By creating a TourScheduler account, you agree to these terms. If you act for a venue or other business, you confirm that you have authority to do so. You must be an adult able to enter into this agreement.

TourScheduler provides scheduling software: venue booking pages, availability, intake forms, booking management, emails, and reports. The venue is responsible for the tours it offers, its published information, and its arrangements with guests. A TourScheduler subscription does not purchase a tour or venue services.

Your account and venue

Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. A TourScheduler subscription covers one venue; do not assume separate staff accounts or additional venues are included.

Review your time zone, availability, tour details, and contact information before sharing your booking page. Monitor your bookings and email delivery. Email delivery and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed, so maintain another way for guests to contact your venue.

Trials, payments, and cancellation

Our Billing, cancellation & refunds policy forms part of these terms. TourScheduler is $9.95 USD monthly or $99 USD annually per venue. Both options include the same features. Applicable taxes, the amount due, and charge timing are shown before checkout confirmation.

New venues receive 30 days free without a card, starting when the venue is created. Existing trials keep the end date shown in Settings → Billing & subscription. You are not charged unless you complete subscription checkout. Completing checkout authorizes automatic monthly or annual renewals until you cancel. During an eligible trial, billing starts at the end of the remaining trial, with at least two days before the first charge; after a trial ends, checkout may charge immediately.

Cancel through Settings → Billing & subscription → Cancel subscription, and finish the confirmation steps before your next payment is due. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your paid period or trial. New online bookings pause after subscription access ends; existing bookings and venue settings remain available for management.

Cancellation does not automatically refund unused time or provide a prorated refund. Email us to request a review of a charge. We review refund requests individually; this does not limit any refund rights you have under applicable law.

Your content and guest information

You retain your rights to the content you supply. You give us permission to host, display, transmit, and process it as needed to provide and support TourScheduler. Only upload content you have the right to use, and collect guest information you have a lawful reason to request.

You are responsible for your venue’s notices to guests, the questions you configure, and your use of guest information. Do not request payment card numbers, passwords, government identification numbers, or sensitive health information in booking forms. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information within the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use TourScheduler for unlawful activity, misleading listings, unsolicited messages, harassment, or infringement of others’ rights. Do not attempt to access another venue’s private data, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or introduce harmful code.

We may restrict or suspend access when needed to address misuse, security risks, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Where practicable, we will explain the issue and provide a way to contact support. If your account is closed, any active subscription must also be ended to stop future renewals.

Service changes and availability

We may maintain, update, or change the software. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, a particular volume of bookings, or that the service will meet every venue’s needs. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

We will communicate material changes to these terms or subscription pricing before they apply to a future renewal, and give you an opportunity to cancel. We will not apply a new price retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

Questions or account closure

Contact support@tourscheduler.com for support, billing disputes, or account closure. Include your account email and venue name. Do not send passwords or full payment details. Subscription cancellation does not itself delete your account or booking history; contact us for data requests as described in our Privacy policy.
