Help with your TourScheduler account
Getting started, subscription questions, and help with your venue’s booking page.
Get your booking page ready
Create your account and venue, then check your venue’s time zone, contact details, and public information. Create a tour with its duration, available hours, and any questions you need guests to answer.
Preview your public booking page and check the available times before sharing your booking link. Your dashboard shows upcoming tours, and Settings → Billing & subscription shows your trial or subscription status.
Manage billing or cancel
Sign in, open Settings → Billing & subscription, and choose the action you need: Change billing cycle, Update payment method, View invoices in Stripe, or Cancel subscription. In Stripe’s portal you can update your card, download invoices, review plan changes, or cancel your subscription. Complete the confirmation step and check the end date shown there.
If you cannot sign in, use Forgot password on the sign-in page. If you still cannot reach billing, email support from your account email address with your venue name and what you need changed. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
Need to change a tour you booked?
Use the reschedule or cancellation link in your booking email. For directions, tour details, availability, or the venue’s policies, contact the venue using the details on its booking page or confirmation email. The venue runs your tour; TourScheduler provides the scheduling software.
Contact support
Email support@tourscheduler.com. Include your account email, venue name, the page where the problem occurred, and a short description. A screenshot can help, but remove guest information you do not need to share.
Use the same address for billing disputes, refund reviews, account closure, and privacy requests. Never include your password, full payment details, or a private booking-management link.
